ASTRO is set to reunite with former member Rocky for their highly anticipated upcoming solo concert, ‘Stargraphy‘. The announcement was made by the group’s agency Fantagio on April 14th via their official social media channels.
Fantagio’s official statement read:
“As this is a long-awaited concert under the name ‘ASTRO‘, we had in-depth discussions with the members and ultimately invited former member Rocky to participate.”
The agency further elaborated on Rocky’s role in the concert, stating,
“Through collaboration between ASTRO and Rocky, we are preparing a stage that will bring back cherished memories for ASTRO and their fans, AROHA. Rocky will be performing with the members on the songs he previously participated in.”
Fantagio concluded their announcement with a heartfelt message of gratitude and anticipation:
“We are doing our best to ensure this solo concert, prepared especially for AROHA who have waited so long, becomes a meaningful and memorable moment for ASTRO, Rocky, and all fans. We ask for your continued love and support for ASTRO and Rocky.”
Rocky, who debuted with ASTRO in 2016, departed from the group in February 2023 following the expiration of his exclusive contract with Fantagio. Since then, he has embarked on his solo journey, establishing his own agency, One Fine Day Entertainment, and pursuing individual activities. His return to perform alongside his former groupmates is a significant and touching moment for fans.
Fantagio also unveiled the concert poster. Notably, the poster features the silhouettes of all six ASTRO members, including Rocky, and poignantly includes the silhouette of the late Moonbin, who tragically passed away in 2023.
The news of Rocky’s participation has been met with an outpouring of emotion from AROHA. One fan expressed,
“I could actually cry with joy. This is so nice, it’s really lovely how supportive they are of each other. It’s times like this I wish I lived closer so I’d have a chance to see it.”
Another fan, even without being a regular listener, commented,
“Even though I don’t listen [to] astro, I love their chemistry as a group. I can feel how special astro [is] for the members.”
