Someone global and sweet is partnering with something global and sweet, and the ARMY is here for it. The two powerhouses, Coca-Cola and BTS V recently announced their partnership by showering praises on each other. Like yeah, I love to see that.
Coca Cola Praises V’s “Powerful Energy,” “Passion,” and “Freedom” In Exciting New Partnership Announcement
On Friday, August 1, Coca-Cola Korea formally shared the news that V – BTS’ very own vocalist and dancer – has been chosen as the new face of the brand.
“As an artist who possesses both powerful energy on stage and a trendy charm in his everyday life, V is someone who can perfectly embody the passion, freedom, and thrilling charm that Coca-Cola seeks to represent,” said Coca-Cola Korea. “Even on set, V uniquely conveyed the tingling thrill of Coca-Cola Zero through his signature aura and deep gaze, elevating the quality of the advertising campaign.”
The announcement was made with a picture of the star holding up a can of Coca Cola Zero, his toned arm on full display. The words “BEST Coke EVER” appear to be printed on the can in bold white letters.

“V brings a powerful energy on stage and an effortlessly trendy charm offstage,” a Coca-Cola spokesperson said. “He’s a perfect match for the spirit of Coca-Cola — bold, free, and magnetic.”
A short clip was released afterwards. It shows the K-pop star watching a short argument between a dinosaur and an asteroid-looking thing over a bottle of Coke. He then turns to the cameras and tells us, “yes.”
V On the Impact of Coca Cola In His Life
V’s partnership with the beverage company seems to be more than just a business decision and possibly comes with a sidenote of pleasure.
Speaking on the partnership, V said, “I’m extremely delighted to be sharing a thrill that can be found in everyday life together with Coca-Cola, which I have always loved.”
He added, “Starting with our ‘BEST COKE EVER’ campaign, we’ll be showcasing the true value of Coca-Cola Zero in a variety of ways, so please give it lots of interest.”
