Singer and actress Hyeri has directly addressed the frustrating issue of illegal ticket scalping surrounding her highly anticipated upcoming fan meeting. In a heartfelt message shared with her fans on her official communication platform today, April 16th, Hyeri expressed her disappointment and concern over the situation.

“It’s my first time experiencing something like this, so I was really flustered and surprised,” Hyeri wrote.

The initial excitement of the fan meeting selling out in a mere minute quickly turned into concern as Hyeri and her team discovered the prevalence of illegally resold tickets.

“At first, I was happy to hear it sold out in just one minute, but as I looked into it, I realized many people had booked tickets through illegal means and were reselling them,” she explained.

This revelation has clearly weighed on the star, as she added,

“I feel very upset and sorry.”

In response to these widespread concerns, Hyeri’s agency, Sublime, has issued a firm official statement. They reiterated that “The ‘2025 Hyeri Fanmeeting Tour: Welcome to Hyeri’s Studio in Seoul‘ is sold exclusively through Ticketlink. Tickets are not available through any other channels.”

Sublime emphasized the risks associated with purchasing tickets from unofficial sources, stating unequivocally,

“Tickets purchased through unofficial channels, including personal transfers, secondhand trading, or resale websites, cannot be canceled or refunded.”

Echoing her agency’s stance, Hyeri directly cautioned her fans,

“Buying tickets from someone else is strictly prohibited.” To further combat scalping and ensure genuine fans can attend, she announced a strict policy regarding entry. “If the person entering the fan meeting is not the same as the person who booked the ticket, entry will be denied.”

She concluded her message, “It would be heartbreaking if someone made it all the way to the venue but couldn’t come in,” signaling the firm enforcement of ID checks at the event.

Hyeri’s first solo fan meeting, aptly titled “2025 Hyeri Fanmeeting Tour: Welcome to Hyeri’s Studio in Seoul,” is scheduled for June 7th at the ECC Samsung Hall in Seoul.
