BLACKPINK’s third tour Deadline World Tour drew a lot of fan and media attention for many reasons, one of them being that it would be interesting to see the four members – now superstar singers and performers in their own rights – reunite. Their new and improved dynamic was something that was commented on by multiple entertainment publications.
Now, the buzz on the street has turned towards the brand new song they debuted at Deadline World Tour’s day one at Goyang Stadium in South Korea. It’s called ‘Jump’ and they had teased the song in the leadup to the tour kicking off this July.
BLACKPINK Returns With 31-date World Tour And A Brand New Single
The Deadline World Tour was a quickly sold out affair as anyone might have predicted, judging from the K-pop girl group’s worldwide influence. The group officially confirmed the world tour on February 5 with a teaser showing fans cheering in large venues.
Following its opening night in Goyang on July 5, fans took to TikTok to share the group’s performance of the brand new song, ‘Jump,’ which, by the way, is still to be officially released. The performance was heralded by fireworks and flashing lights, with the girls performing the song with a number of dancers.
Many fans celebrated LISA and JENNIE’s rap lines in the song. “Arе you not entertained? I ain’t gotta explain / I’m with all of my sisters, got ’em going insane (Yeah),” LISA raps with her usual confidence, with JENNIE bursting in front to proclaim, “You know we on a mission (Yeah), full gas, no brakes, yeah / Breaking out of the system, breaking out of this cage, yeah.”
The powerful guitar riffs and anthemic chorus was another aspect of the song that fans thoroughly vibed with.

What We Know So Far About the Ongoing Deadline World Tour
The Deadline Tour is unique in two ways. One: it marks BLACKPINK’s first ever all-stadium tour. Two: it will feature hit songs from each of the girls’ albums, alongside hits from the group’s catalog.
I’m talking JENNIE’s ‘Like Jennie,’ ROSÉ’s ‘Toxic Till the End,’ LISA’s ‘Rockstar’ and JISOO’s ‘Earthquake,’ alongside old BLACKPINK favorites like ‘Boombayah,’ ‘How You Like That’ and ‘Ddu-Du Ddu-Du.’
