“Both Kim Soo Hyun and Gold Medalist are mourning the loss of the late Kim Sae Ron. Thus far, they have refrained from pursuing legal measures out of respect for the bereaved family members,” the representative explained.

However, the situation escalated when Kim Sae Ron’s family allegedly continued to issue threats against Kim Soo Hyun. The final straw, according to the legal team, was the unauthorized release of a private photograph of the actor.
“However, the family continued to threaten Kim Soo Hyun and even went as far as to publicize a private photo of Kim Soo Hyun without his consent, so we had no choice but to move forward with legal action,” the representative clarified.

The complaint targeted the YouTube channel HOVERLAB, Kim Sae Ron’s family, and an individual identified as Kim Sae Ron’s “aunt.” This legal action was taken in response to the unauthorized dissemination of an inappropriate photo of Kim Soo Hyun.
