ILLIT, is officially making their highly-anticipated return next month! Today, May 19th, their agency BELIFT LAB sent waves of excitement through the fandom by announcing on Weverse that ILLIT will be dropping their third mini album, aptly titled “BOMB,” on June 16th!

This upcoming release promises to delve deeper into ILLIT‘s unique storytelling. Following their debut album “SUPERREAL ME,” which was all about discovering their authentic selves, and their second mini-album “I’LL LIKE YOU,” which portrayed the fluttering feelings of budding affection, “BOMB” is set to ignite a new narrative focused on connection and the expansion of their world through their relationship with “you” – their beloved fans.
ILLIT has captivated audiences with their infectious energy and confident charm since their debut. Their debut track, “Magnetic,” etched their name in K-pop history by becoming the first debut song from a K-pop group to simultaneously enter both the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 and the UK Official Singles Top 100.
In February, ILLIT released “Almond Chocolate,” serving as the theme song for a Japanese film. Proving their staying power, the song gained traction through organic word-of-mouth, experiencing a remarkable chart resurgence in Japan and reaching the #10 spot on Oricon’s Weekly Streaming Ranking (March 31–April 6) – the highest position achieved by a K-pop girl group song released in Japan this year!
ILLIT is also gearing up for their very first fan concert, “2025 ILLIT GLITTER DAY IN SEOUL,” which will be held on June 7th and 8th at the Olympic Hall in Seoul’s Olympic Park.
Pre-orders for their new mini album “BOMB” begun today, May 19th, at 11 AM KST.
