You might think that in the music industry fans seldom take to the idea of older acts like Panic returning, but you’d be wrong despite some young folks treating artists who do that as dusty, if rather interesting, museum pieces. But Panic is still extremely popular and soon, K-pop fans will be able to see them perform again in a live concert.
The Reunion Keeps Going
The duo in Panic consists of singer-songwriter Lee Juck and rapper Kim Jin Pyo and they’ve kept up the momentum since their return earlier this year. According to allkpop, “the duo Panic, will meet fans again with a year-end concert.”
That seems pretty awesome for two performers who spent twenty years apart.

December concerts come to Seoul – Music Farm Entertainment
Back in April, they shocked everyone by holding shows that sold out completely. According to allkpop, they “sold out all four shows at LG Arts Center Seoul, proving their lasting popularity.”
An Upcoming Concert
Now they want more. They announced they will open ticket sales for their year-end solo concert titled “PANIC IS COMING, AGAIN” on October 15 at 8 PM KST through Ticketlink.
Fans who want to attend better grab tickets fast while they are still available, judging by past concerts. The shows will run across three days from December 4 to 6, and the venue is at Kyung Hee University’s Peace Hall in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul. So if you don’t live there, now might be the time to start planning your trip.
How it Started for Panic
Panic were a thing way back in 1995 and at the time, they became popular with four albums that found them tons of excited fans. Notable tracks that folks loved included “UFO.” It caught on because so many people liked the way their music mixed experimental sounds. In fact, critics still praise how they left a big mark on the history of Korean popular music.
People waited twenty years for this reunion and Kim Jin Pyo talked about the long gap as reported by SBS Star. They cited the duo as being very excited about their comeback.
On social media, Kim Jin-pyo wrote, “I’m preparing a show with Juck for our first stage in 20 years. It’s been so long,” adding, “let’s meet again on stage.”
Later, Lee Juck also shared, “I’m truly happy to share this news.” He then added, “Thank you.”
This year, expectations from fans seem to be very high, given that the April concerts sold out so quickly and they went straight back to being super-popular in a hurry. If you missed the April shows, you’ve got another chance in December.
