Spread the love

Get ready, because the sizzling island of romance is calling again! Netflix has officially confirmed that Single’s Inferno will be returning for a fifth season! Mark your calendars (tentatively) for late 2025, as filming is slated to begin this June.

Casting Underway for New Season

Start Company, the production house behind the hit dating show, has already begun the search for the next batch of captivating singles. They’re looking for men and women in their 20s and 30s ready to brave the “Inferno” and find love. Are you ready for sun, sand, and potential soulmates?

Season 4 Still Sizzling Hot!

While we eagerly anticipate Season 5, let’s not forget that Season 4 is currently setting the screen on fire! The latest season continues to dominate the charts. According to Good Data Corporation, a K-content competitiveness analysis agency, Single’s Inferno 4 held the No.1 spot in the TV-OTT non-drama category for the fifth week of January 2025, marking its third consecutive week at the top. Talk about popular!

Netflix Fast-Tracks Production

The immense popularity of Single’s Inferno has prompted Netflix to fast-track production for the upcoming season. The show’s consistent success, from its debut on December 18, 2021, through subsequent seasons, has solidified its place as one of Netflix’s most-watched original entertainment programs.

A Look Back at Previous Seasons

For a quick recap, Season 2 aired from December 13, 2022, to January 10, 2023, and Season 3 ran from December 12, 2023, to January 9, 2024. The current Season 4, consisting of 12 episodes, premiered on January 14th and will conclude on February 11th, with episodes 9 and 10 having been released on February 4th.

Netflix Remains Tight-Lipped

While the Season 5 announcement is exciting, Netflix is keeping details close to the vest. When asked about the upcoming season, a representative stated,

“We are still finalizing details, so we cannot provide further information at this time.”

Stay tuned for more updates as they become available!
