Get ready for a heartwarming and hilarious reunion! MBC‘s ‘Good Day‘ is set to unveil a special moment fans have been waiting for: the reunion of G-Dragon and Jeong Hyung Don in the recording studio, a full 12 years after their iconic pairing at the ‘Infinite Challenge Music Festival‘.

Episode 8 of ‘Good Day‘, airing this Sunday the 13th at 9:10 PM (KST), promises to be a must-watch as it chronicles the culmination of G-Dragon’s 2025 project. Viewers will get an inside look at the entire process of creating the audio track featuring the voices of the ‘Good Day‘ family, alongside what are sure to be delightful live performances.

Previously, the news broke that G-Dragon was reinterpreting the group song, weaving together the nostalgic vibes of ‘Telepathy’ and ‘Moonlight By the Window’ by the city boys into a brand new track. Adding even more star power to the mix, G-Dragon enlisted his “secret weapon,” the charismatic CL, alongside the personalities of Hong Jin Kyung, Jeong Hyung Don, Defconn, and the ever-unique Kian84 for the recording sessions.

The upcoming episode will showcase CL’s undeniable professional genius as her distinctive voice captivates everyone in the studio. Even the usually outspoken Hong Jin Kyung is seen completely mesmerized, exclaiming,

“It’s really cool!”

However, a moment of playful chaos ensues when Jeong Hyung Don’s impromptu directing leaves the powerhouse vocalist momentarily bewildered, promising a good dose of laughter.

But the real highlight for many will undoubtedly be the reunion of G-Dragon and Jeong Hyung Don in the recording booth. It’s been 12 long years since their unforgettable collaboration at the ‘Infinite Challenge Music Festival’ produced the beloved track ‘Going to Try‘.

Reports suggest that Jeong Hyung Don will showcase a vocal style that “devastates the scene” at G-Dragon’s playful request to “make it chill.”

MBC’s ‘Good Day‘ has been a unique music project, witnessing G-Dragon’s collaboration with individuals from various fields to craft the song of the year. Don’t miss the final chapter of this journey, airing this Sunday at 9:10 PM (KST)!
