Other news included the fact that the happy couple will marry in a small and quiet wedding in Seoul on December 20.
At the moment, it seems that the Genie: Make A Wish actor and his new wife won’t have a public celebration for K-drama or K-pop fans. However, the company did invite fans to send love and best wishes to the couple.
How Did They Meet?
Shin Min Ah and Kim Woo Bin were acquainted with each other when they were brand ambassadors for a clothing company in 2015. Shortly after that, fans found out they were dating. So it’s taken a full decade for their marriage to happen.
Notably, they went through some difficult times, with the K-drama actor taking a hiatus as he fought nasopharynx cancer. At the time, Shin Min Ah seemed very dedicated to his well-being and was always there for him, supporting him during his convalescence.
Will They Stop Acting?
She’s well known from a lot of movies, including the role of Bang Jin Ju in Our Season. But, tying the knot won’t put an end to their careers. In fact, both actors will keep their acting. The statement noted they continue working hard to keep their K-drama fans happy.
Upcoming work for Shin includes a role in a movie named Eyes. Meanwhile, Kim reportedly started working on a sports movie titled Gift.
Just because they marry doesn’t mean the duo will stop acting. But, there are also hopes that the couple will soon start a family together.
