Teddy‘s The Black Label has officially pulled back the curtain on its highly anticipated new co-ed group: ALLDAY PROJECT. With a lineup that blends familiar faces, undeniable talent, and some truly unexpected connections, this five-member group is already generating explosive reactions across online communities.

The official profile photo introduces the confirmed members: Annie, Tarzzan, Bailey, Woochan, and Yeongseo.

Leading the charge in terms of eyebrow-raising revelations is Yeongseo, who astute K-Pop fans will recognize as a former member of ILLIT‘s initial debut lineup. Her recruitment by The Black Label for ALLDAY PROJECT immediately piqued curiosity, signaling a significant move for the agency.

But perhaps the most jaw-dropping detail circulating is the identity of Annie. Netizens have quickly identified her as Moon Seo Yoon, the granddaughter of Shinsegae Group’s chairwoman Lee Myung Hee and the eldest daughter of current chairwoman Chung Yoo Kyung.

For those unfamiliar, Shinsegae is a colossal conglomerate operating some of South Korea’s largest department stores and duty-free businesses. The mere inclusion of a “chaebol family’s daughter” has sent shockwaves, with many speculating about the immense investment and marketing power this connection could bring to the group. Adding another layer of chaebol ties, it’s also rumored that SMTR25’s Nicholas is the nephew of a top executive from the same influential Shinsegae family.

Beyond the corporate connections, the group boasts a wealth of artistic talent. Fans will recognize Jo Woochan, who first shot to fame as the youngest contestant to reach the finals on ‘Show Me The Money 6,‘ later establishing himself as a respected rapper. Interestingly, both Woochan and Yeongseo share a common past, having originally been slated for debut under HYBE Labels. Woochan was a member of BigHit Music‘s planned boy group Trainee A in 2021 before its cancellation led him to The Black Label.

The lineup also features Bailey Sok, a prominent Korean American dancer and choreographer, known for her exceptional skills and contributions to the global dance scene. Rounding out this diverse and dynamic quintet is Lee Chae Won, promoting as Tarzzan. Chae Won is a talented Korean model and dancer with an impressive resume, including appearances in NewJeans’ “Supernatural” MV, (G)I-DLE’s “I DO” MV, and Hong Suk Chun’s ‘Jewel Box.

Some netizens are expressing genuine excitement and curiosity about the group’s unique blend of talents, many are specifically highlighting the “chaebol family’s daughter” angle. Comments are rife with predictions that this connection will “definitely help with their investment and marketing,” suggesting a powerful advantage in the fiercely competitive K-Pop landscape.

With such a fascinating and diverse roster, ALLDAY PROJECT is undoubtedly poised to become one of the most talked-about debuts of the year
