New York Times’ Anthony Rotunno Recognizes LISA For Her Diverse Fashion Choices
In compiling the list of “The Most Stylish People of 2025, So Far” for The New York Times, Anthony Rotunno prioritized individuals whose influence on fashion this year has been far-reaching, from the stage to the screen to the red carpet, and even their off-duty looks.
“Some wear capes, some wear doctor’s coats, some are in stadiums, others in courtrooms. All of them have defined the looks of this year,” Rotunno wrote, before describing that the compilation features individuals with magnetic fashion choices. That is, people who can make a fashion piece go viral just by being spotted wearing it.

The “Rockstar” and K-pop superstar was chosen because of her impeccable taste in both her selection for official appearances, as well as for her personal interests. Whilst fashion is a subjective field, The New York Times asserted that LISA’s influence on fashion this year cannot be overlooked, as her presence has reshaped the fashion industry so far this year.
At present, LISA is a brand ambassador for Celine, Bulgari and Louis Vuitton, and she was recently featured in a video ad by Play Station. This February 10, she made waves for wearing a custom Miss Sohee Couture gown for the season 3 premiere of ‘The White Lotus,’ which she also starred in.
