BLACKPINK’s Rosé Joins TIME Magazine’s Prestigious “100 Most Influential People Of 2025”

BLACKPINK‘s Rosé has been recognized for her immense impact, landing a coveted spot on TIME magazine’s annual “100 Most Influential People of 2025” list!  

The prestigious list, unveiled by TIME on April 16th, celebrates 100 individuals who are shaping the world through their work, ideas, and influence. Rosé, categorized by the magazine as a “pioneer,” stands tall among this year’s honorees, a testament to her significant impact both as a member of the world’s biggest girl group and as a compelling solo artist.  

Actress Lily Collins penned a heartfelt tribute to Rosé as a guest contributor for TIME. Collins recounted their first meeting at a Saint Laurent show in Paris, describing their immediate connection amidst the “chaos of the cameras and the crowd.” She fondly recalled their all-night conversation about fashion, architecture, food, and travel, noting that Rosé “immediately felt like a kindred spirit.”

Collins highlighting Rosé’s genuine and down-to-earth nature, while also acknowledging her powerful presence.

“I’ve come to learn that not only is Rosé really genuine and down-to-earth, but she’s also a total badass,” Collins wrote.

She praised Rosé’s performance skills and songwriting abilities, emphasizing her unique ability to captivate massive audiences both with BLACKPINK and as a solo artist.  

Beyond her professional achievements, Collins also offered a glimpse into Rosé’s personal charm, mentioning her humor and “deep soulful energy” that shines even during intimate gatherings. Collins declared Rosé “basically the definition of an icon and a boss,” praising her strong voice and fun music, admitting she loves texting Rosé whenever she hears “APT.” or “toxic till the end” on the radio.

Concluding her heartfelt piece, Collins expressed her deep admiration and friendship for Rosé, stating,

“I just adore Rosé’s spirit and, really, everything about her. I’m so proud of all the things she’s done in the past year, and I feel so lucky to call her a friend.”

Rosé’s inclusion in TIME’s “100 Most Influential People of 2025” is a significant milestone for the singer and it undoubtedly reflects on her global influence.
